About Us
Case's Creations began as a thought about a retirement hobby. I had always wanted to have a woodworking shop, and during lockdown, after a suprise profit sharing check from my full-time employer, I started to purchase equipment and tools.
Fast forward a few months and many projects later and my wife was wondering what we are going to do with all the things I was making.
Push came to shove and it was finally decided that we would start selling our treasures.
More tools, more machines, more wood and much more sawdust and we have Case's Creations. Our products are featured in a chain of local pet shops, and for a while we were in a local craft marketplace. Now we have decided to focus on reaching out to the masses and go online. So much for retirement :)
Our newest addition to our shop is a home built 3 axis CNC router with laser engraving function, which gives us the capability to create an even wider array of products. Although I still do prefer creating each piece by hand, the CNC has its place. I've always been a techie type.
As I edge into full retirement (down to 24 hrs/week now) I will have much more time on my hands to nurture and grow this business. Still a lot to learn.
